At Mindful Tribe India, we are committed to your satisfaction and wellness journey. This Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to cancellations and refunds for consultations, wellness products, retreats, and workshop programmes.
We encourage you to read this policy carefully before making a booking or purchase. By proceeding with any transaction, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Consultation Cancellations
1.1 Individual Sessions
The following schedule applies to individual consultation sessions (single appointments):

1.2 Consultation Packages
For multi-session consultation packages (e.g., Comprehensive or Transformation Programme):
- Before the first session: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- After the first session: Refund for unused sessions only, calculated on a pro-rata basis, minus a 15% administrative fee.
- After 50% of sessions completed: No refund. Unused sessions may be transferred to a family member within 90 days at our discretion.
1.3 Online Consultations
Online/virtual sessions are subject to the same cancellation schedule as in-person sessions. Technical difficulties on the client's end (poor internet connection, device issues) do not qualify as grounds for a refund; however, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.
2. Wellness Products
2.1 Return Eligibility
We accept returns for physical wellness products under the following conditions:
- Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- Product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened or partially used wellness supplements, herbal premixes, or consumables
- Ceremonial food items and incense products once the seal is broken
- Customised or personalised wellness formulations
- Digital products, e-books, and downloadable content
2.3 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
2.4 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged goods). We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
3. Retreats & Immersive Programmes
Due to the nature of retreat planning (venue bookings, accommodation, catering, and facilitator arrangements), retreat fees are subject to the following policy:

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. The cancellation date is the date we receive your written notice.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation cover if you are travelling from outside Goa.
3.1 Retreat Cancellation by Mindful Tribe India
In the rare event that we must cancel a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, health emergencies, insufficient enrolment), you will receive a full refund of all fees paid, or the option to transfer to a future retreat date.
4. Workshops
- More than 7 days before workshop: Full refund or transfer to another workshop date.
- 3–7 days before workshop: Credit note valid for 6 months; no cash refund.
- Less than 3 days / No-show: No refund or credit.
Workshops with minimum enrolment requirements that fail to meet the threshold may be postponed. Registered participants will be offered a full refund or a place in the rescheduled session.
5. How to Request a Refund

Please include your full name, booking/order reference, and reason for the refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5–7 business days of approval.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds for cash or bank-transfer payments will be processed via NEFT/IMPS to the account provided by you.
Mindful Tribe India is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or payment gateways.
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication on this page.
