Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Mindful Tribe India website or availing any of our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "User") and Mindful Tribe India, operated by Dr. Ankita Abhane ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing our website, booking a consultation, purchasing a product, or enrolling in a retreat or workshop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Offered
Mindful Tribe India offers the following services:
- Holistic health consultations (homeopathy, integrative medicine)
- Yoga therapy and energy healing sessions
- Spiritual counselling and emotional healing programmes
- Luxury wellness retreats in Goa and other locations
- Workshops and group healing programmes
- Wellness products including supplements, healing crystals, and ceremonial goods

2. Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Minors may participate in services only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who will be deemed to have accepted these Terms on the minor's behalf.
3. Booking & Appointments
3.1 Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (or a deposit where applicable) and a written confirmation from Mindful Tribe India via email or WhatsApp.
3.2 Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule a consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment at no additional charge. Requests made within 24 hours may be subject to a rescheduling fee of up to 25% of the session fee.
3.3 Cancellation by Client
Cancellation policies are detailed in our Refund Policy. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in suspension of booking privileges.
3.4 Cancellation by Mindful Tribe India
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergencies, force majeure). In such cases, you will be offered a full rescheduling or refund.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete health and personal information during intake and consultation
- Disclose all current medications, medical conditions, and ongoing treatments
- Inform us of any changes to your health status before each session
- Follow programme guidelines and practitioner recommendations to the best of your ability
- Treat all staff and practitioners with respect
Withholding material health information that affects your care may limit the effectiveness of our services and may release us from liability for adverse outcomes arising from that omission.
5. Wellness Products
Products sold through Mindful Tribe India are intended for general wellness purposes. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or have an existing medical condition.
Product descriptions, ingredients, and usage guidelines are provided for informational purposes. Individual results may vary.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Mindful Tribe India website — including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, course materials, and programme content — is the exclusive property of Mindful Tribe India or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
7. Confidentiality
All information shared during consultations is treated as strictly confidential. Practitioners at Mindful Tribe India adhere to professional and ethical standards of client confidentiality. Exceptions apply only where disclosure is required by law or to prevent imminent harm.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mindful Tribe India, its practitioners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product in question.
We make no guarantees regarding specific health outcomes. Holistic wellness results vary from person to person.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Goa, India.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
